В принципе, прямой метод – это механизм, используемый в системе расчетных цен (традиционный метод, используемый при проведении взаимозачетов между операторами за международные звонки, как правило, его используют национальные операторы).

При каскадном методе каждый оператор выставляет предыдущему счет за проведение звонка, таким образом, плата как бы ниспадает каскадом от одного оператора к другому.
